EJAlbum assures every user that the data that reaches its database, the company provides with a storage system and is committed to rigorously implementing the entire legal framework in the protection and respect of every action related to user data, as defined by the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the Law in force (No. 9887 dated 10.03.2008) “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the supplementary by-laws.

EJAlbum ensures that it has obtained all rights of use for exhibition purposes from the photographers and that all rights remain with the photographer. If you have any objections to the exhibition of your photo, please contact your photographer.
