EJAlbum is Born

In 1848, Karl Ghega was building a railway line through the Alps to connect Vienna with the port of Trieste. It had to pass through a mountain bed considered impossible, near Semmering, on a gradient of up to 25%. No train existed at the time capable of traversing that route.

But Ghega thought, believed, that progress would very soon make this achievement possible. Because progress advances through challenges. And indeed, in June 1853 the Engerth locomotive pulled a freight train, inaugurating that line.

Today progress is called innovation, novelty, constant change. The winner is the one with the ability to see beyond boundaries, to believe in their own tools to invest in the future, and to aim for excellence, wherever they are in the world. EJAlbum wishes to support a community of visionary professionals, who look toward the future, grow, share common ideas, and are the protagonists of their own success.
