EVOKED është një ekspozitë që vështron ndryshe fenomenin e “lulëzimit” të banimit informal dhe të pakontrolluar në territorin shqiptar që nga viti 1991. Ndërtimi i papërfunduar dhe mënyra e pazakontë për të përdorur strukturat e betonit që janë ende në ndërtim e sipër, ka prodhuar një imazh karakteristik deri në ditët e sotme, e cila ka ndryshuar peizazhin, sidomos vijën bregdetare.
