About Fatmir Miziri
Born in Gjirokastër in 1950, he graduated in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana in 1973, and since that year he started participating and awarding in national competitions and presenting installations, paintings and works produced in Applied Arts. Some of his works belong to collections in different countries. He currently leads the Atelier of Monumental Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana, where he has the title of Professor. The self-portrait for Imago Mundi is an internal profile of the individual-subject, which is the essence of emotional frequencies. These emotions, with multiple positive or negative directions, are essential to establish the unity of human existence.
