About Mikail Papuçiu

Born in Fier in 1970, he studied at the “Jakov Xoxa” Art High School 254 in Fier and in 1993 he graduated in Monumental Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana. He currently lives and works in Milan. The work for Imago Mundi realistically and scrupulously represents the image of an abandoned train, and indirectly seeks to convey the inevitable end of anything. As he says: “Anything begins and ends, whereas the work of art remains forever”.
