About Artan Peqini
Born in Tirana in 1966, where he currently lives and works, he graduated in Sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana. He currently is an Associated Professor and after a long career as a professor of Sculpture and Deputy Rector, he currently is Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts of this Academy. Sculptor but also author of several books, school books, he has created a number of monumental works and was awarded several prizes.
